Fresh homemade pasta

Ingredients:

- 500g flour , flour type 00

- 3 free range eggs

- A pinch of salt Procedure: Put the flour on the working bench /timber and prepare a dough with eggs and pinch of salt. In case the dough is too hard add a little water.

Cover the dough with the cooking film and let it rest for around on hour.

Roll the dough in a sheet of about 3 mm thick and give the pasta the desired shape.

Cook in boiling salted water until the pasta is ready.

Note; when the pasta floats to the top around 3-6 minutes with fresh pasta.
